Business Appointment Engine provides appointment-setting support, outreach organization, follow-up tracking, appointment tracking, and reporting for local service businesses.

We may collect business contact information such as business name, owner or contact name, website, service area, email address, phone number, appointment type, booking link, and campaign preferences.
We may also collect prospect and outreach activity data, including email addresses used for business outreach, reply status, opt-out status, appointment status, and campaign reporting details.
How we use information
- To provide appointment-setting support and campaign tracking.
- To send onboarding, service, reporting, and marketing/outreach emails.
- To manage opt-out requests and suppression lists.
- To improve service operations and respond to questions.
Marketing and opt-out
Marketing/outreach emails include opt-out instructions. Recipients may opt out by replying with “opt out” or by using the unsubscribe page linked below. Opt-out requests are added to a suppression list so future outreach is not sent to that address.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers, such as email sending, payment, hosting, and workflow tools, only as needed to operate the service.
Data retention
We keep business, campaign, payment, appointment, and suppression-list records as needed to operate the service, maintain compliance, resolve disputes, and prevent future outreach to opted-out contacts.
